Cons
You will find constantly shifting business directions, unethical business practices, chasing revenue wherever they can find it (even if it is rushed or doesn't align long term), a lack of guidance and leadership from directors and CEO, and overall a company that has lost sight of what its purpose is. There is a huge sense of division between warehouse employees and HQ employees. The CEO, Allison, tends to see people as cogs in a machine rather than actual human beings. If you disagree with her, she will turn against you. During my tenure there were several lay offs, unpaid bills to vendors, and a sales team that often misled customers by offering services that Hemster didn't offer
