      Pros

      None. They do not care about their employees. Upper management gets to do what they want how they want but they punish case managers for doing the same.

      Cons

      Pay Favoritism Overworked Dont care about clients Only care about billing They had a huge impact with the stoneman Douglass shooting and failed treatment to do everything they could to exhaust all resources. No supervision. No guidance. Your just a number.

      Clients are genuinely in need of services.

      Cons

      Subpar pay. "Leadership" is anything but. Supervisors are HORRIBLE and it is incredible that a company that has been around this long is allowing new hires to be degraded and trodden on like they do, but I guess when they are the ones with the 6 figure salaries, the little people actually doing the work do not matter. There are no employee supports and the company will toss you out with the garbage regardless of how professional and trained you are. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THINKING YOU WILL BE DIFFERENT.
