Working under my line manager was an incredibly enriching experience that significantly contributed to my professional growth. They exemplified the qualities of a supportive and development-focused leader who consistently goes above and beyond expectations, I found his commitment to fostering my development and the development of others truly commendable. I would not be the professional i am today without their support.
Cons
One area that may present a challenge is the expectation of occasionally working out of hours. While the company values work-life balance, there are times that deadlines require additional effort outside of regular office hours. While the company does its best to minimize these occurrences and compensate employees accordingly, it's something that individuals should be prepared for when joining the team.
