      Extremely flexible work schedule, fun atmosphere, management that listens, and very intelligent coworkers.

      Cons

      I don't think the pay is super competitive. Sometimes you can get stuck working on programs that are not enjoyable and its tough to find an out.

      lots of calculators. nice being able to flex out within the pay period.

      workloads can be stressful leading to working 10-16 hour days
