      Alcohol breaks, big into fitness/wellness, lots of team outings, super casual environment, no micro management.

      Cons

      They didnt provide any training material, mostly just a "figure it out" as things progressively build up. Designers are expected to work as Engineers. Strict deadlines, Very stressful work

      lots of calculators. nice being able to flex out within the pay period.

      workloads can be stressful leading to working 10-16 hour days
