The leadership team is better than it has ever been and they are genuinely dedicated to the success of their team members. Every employee has a voice and honest feedback is actively encouraged. Cons
As in any small to mid-size company, every team member matters and their efforts (or absence of) are impactful. Being short-handed from time to time may require you to step up and help others. Rarely does this even mean extra hours, but if you're not a team-player this might not be the place for you.
