The leadership team is better than it has ever been and they are genuinely dedicated to the success of their team members. Every employee has a voice and honest feedback is actively encouraged. Most importantly, the leadership LISTENS to the staff and in the past year alone has made big changes to improve the environment and work life balance (***work-from-home Fridays, flexible work schedules, extra paid holidays***). It is also a truly FUN place to work. We regularly have engaging contests, raffles, themed events and food truck Fridays. As in any small to mid-size company, every team member matters and their efforts (or absence of) are impactful. Being short-handed from time to time may require you to step up and help others.
