      Pros

      Joining Henderson Scott less than a year ago myself, I would agree that it definitely has a big 'family feel' to the company! What stands out about HS is that everything is driven by results, each consultant is given their own independence to work in a way that works for them.

      Cons

      I would like to see more meetups in the London office!

      Pros

      None. Your better off starting your own agency. The owner is a coward and a cheat and the work life balance is awful

      Cons

      Management, ownership, work life balance, payout structure - if you want to be miserable, work here.

      Pros

      Great time, friendly, helpful, fun and they really support you. Manager and Director both great and drive you to be better.

      Cons

      Share an office with another company in the group, its very different and its made the office environment a bit strange and not as good as it used to be.
