Enable salespeople to sell honestly without fretting over percentages or profit KPIs by focusing on volume as the basis for commissions. Ample room to grow within the company and employees are encouraged very positively to strive for more.

Intense hours, but they're very up front about this going in, so it's no surprise or mystery. Having said that, as a divorced parent with 2 small children it's taken some adjusting for sure. They are extremely accommodating and understanding when it comes to family related issues, though.
