- Some processes could be more streamlined or moderized, i.e. utlizing Teams or another instant messaing app for quick internal questions/communicaitons, increase digital footprint

Its a paycheck. Nothing more or less. And even that check is underpaid.

No respect in the workplace, no recognition. If you voice your opinion about an issue you get removed.
