PTO, Cool new developments and projects
Cons
-Noticeable lack of accountability within HR. Concerns are often acknowledged but not meaningfully addressed, and in some cases, attempts to raise issues led to subtle forms of retaliation rather than resolution. -Advancement opportunities on the residential side are extremely limited, making long-term career growth difficult despite strong performance. -I made repeated attempts to escalate management concerns during meetings with senior leadership. None of them resulted in meaningful change or improvement. -management style can be overly micromanaged and unprofessional, which creates an environment of low trust and inefficiency. -There were instances where individuals in significantly higher paying roles appear underqualified or lacked operational awareness, leading to frustration on a team level.
