Pros
A good place to learn that words are cheap. I've stayed this long because I was foolish enough to believe in their words.
Cons
- Blatant favoritism is rampant. If you are not in the management's inner circle, they will bully you into submission. - Management blamed employees for their mismanagement of projects. - No clear business directions. - Non-tech personnel making decisions on technical architecture and coding practices. - Nothing is transparent. A project's direction set after meetings would be changed for no apparent reason since it would not be made known.
