Corrupt Management - Engineer Hendrickson Employee Review

Thank you for your long review and thorough feedback. We take allegations of “corrupt management” and “bullying” very seriously and will investigate all the claims in your post. We realize Hendrickson is not for everyone, however we are very proud to say our turnover rate at the Woodridge facility is less than 5% YTD. From that small group very few have been from our engineering departments and even fewer have been from our Senior Level. To continue to retain our key employees Hendrickson understands we always need to listen to our employees and develop them for the future. To assist with this we recently completed our bi-annual anonymous all employee opinion survey. With the results we will conduct employee round-table meetings and implement improvements from the surveys and discussions. Also, our HR team works in conjunction with our managers and senior leaders to develop individualized training & development plans to continue to develop our future. Directly in regards to your ideas being called “stupid” we have no records of such an incident being turned in or reported.
