      Pros

      Hendrickson is a really wonderful place to work! The employee benefits packages is remarkable! They go out of their way to make sure that the employees feel appreciated, I miss working for them!

      Cons

      I was one of very few women working in a male dominant environment and I feel that they did not treat me as an equal.

      Pros

      Great motivated and smart people, good culture for interns and lots of projects for interns to learn hands on engineering

      Cons

      Sometimes different teams can get busy and require you to really advocate for support/help for your work, as managers or other engineers will not really have time to check in with you sometimes. Still a great experience.

      The other assembly associates is the only pro.

      Cons

      Mismanaged, underpaid, undervalued, overworked, dangerous working conditions, safety is a joke, retaliation, and harassment.
