Firstly, thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. We are sorry to learn that you feel this way; we always endeavour to create a positive colleague experience and encourage constructive feedback from our current or former colleagues.
Everyone is entitled to a personal view and opinion, however there are certain comments sighted in your review that we cannot agree with, specifically in relation to our employment practices. We strive for 100% positive colleague experience, and in line with our company values we acted within our requirements under the job retention scheme and with regards to the amendments to statutory leave. I can also confirm that the temporary change to annual leave was introduced with the appropriate consultation and with overwhelming support from our colleagues. It is also important to understand that we applied a fair policy when remunerating our colleagues, including the way that commission/bonus payments were made during the challenging months of 2020 and in the support that we provided when our colleagues returned to work.
