Pros
Pleasant office atmosphere; very nice employees even those in the upper level management are very humble; very good compensation although I'm only an intern I receive 400++ per day; professional practices; also flexible working hours since until night open and office nila; they also do self recognition by putting name plates of employees with their respective positions on top of their work tables/ stations. All in all bravo!
Cons
The hiring process is quite long especially if you would not say na urgent mo need ng work/ internship; And I can also feel (feel lang po not very sure and no scientific basis) na they prioritize fresh grads or applicants from top 4 universities like DLSU etc. medyo racist on that part but own conclusion lang naman yun and still no hate I really love Henkel!
