      - Very flexible in terms of working hours - I could tackle each task in my own way, they encouraged creativity/ new solutions

      Cons

      - Low degree of feedback - Low salary - In reality I did not work with the people who interviewed me (and whom I wanted to work with after talking to them)

      Pros

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
