Pros
Generally good company to work for. Pressure is not put down too heavy on employees. colleague support is excellent.
Cons
Lack of vertical movement. Lack of incentives to stay for good employees due to relatively low wage packages for the job type. Bonus can sometimes more often than not be unreachable due to company shareholder needs and growth requirements hurting the pockets of the lower workforce. You would be lucky to get over 50% in a year.
