      Flexible Working Hours and Work From Home arrangement. Compressed work weeks is also a plus, but it is depending on the department you belongs to.

      Cons

      Lack of enough and available training for professional development. Trainings are usually fully booked for a limited number of employees. Salary Appraisal can be bias at times.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
