      Pros

      Very short hierarchy, very little time wasted in meetings, very fast-paced, entrepreneurial and action orientated. Salaries exceed that of similar companies.

      Cons

      The company treats staff as dispensable, especially those who are not employed on European contracts. Europeans (Germans esp) have preferential access to a career path. Everything is about the next quarter....Chasing results is often very short term, the company has zero appetite for long term investment in sustainable strategies.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
