      Pros

      Good brand name. Product sells itself. Distribution helps sell the product. Quality along with high price put these products at the top of a commodity line.

      Cons

      Lots of ex-employees working for competition and copy the secret sauce. Tough to sell price increases when the competition is pricing at such a low level.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
