      International work environment and at least in Amsterdam good salary and package

      Hire and fire mentality - depending on where you signed your contract (meaning depending which legal protection you have) more or less unfair

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
