They rarely are open for suggestions on how to improve the internal procedures and the customers resent the inefficiency inside the company. People in Latin America have the tendency to wait until you ask them several times to do their daily tasks before they really perform them. The company claims its most valuable asset are the employees and that does not seem to be really true, it is just image, they do not really care about the individuals.
