      It is a global comapny. The brands are strong and the products are good value for money.

      Cons

      I hated working there. Hours wasted in meaningless meetings. No one makes any decisions. Young hires treated like crap. Low salaries.

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
