- leadership at a local level has no influence with headquarters. - performance is reviewed annually and tied to a rating which is tied to a very complicated bonus structure. Many known cases where ratings are scored lower than actual so as to ensure top bonus achievement is not met. - a mindset that sales come at ALL costs.
