      Friendly work environment, nice and modern facilities, flexible, customer and employee focus, endless tools for training and development, diversity and inclusion, Smart Work and 40% Home Office.

      Cons

      It's a big enterprise and sometimes it takes a while to fully adapt for someone that comes from smaller companies. But if you enjoy challenges, you will spend a great time learning!

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
