Global senior leaders manage to stock price, forcing initiatives into each business and region that are disconnected from local strategic conditions, and then force restructures every 6 months when numbers erode. Struggle to innovate, except through acquisition. Very little personal growth potential. A very high degree of nepotism and elitism in senior management.
