      Team was amazing, the benefits were really great and you felts like the company was really investing in the employees

      Cons

      Useless corporate politics and no remote work even though they call themselves tech pioneers it feels like they're still very far behind

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
