      I recently joined the company, and I cannot emphasize enough the great collaborative culture I have witnessed so far. At Henkel, as a global firm, you have opportunities to partner with great people from all around the world and even work overseas. Culture and talent development have been differentiators, in addition to the great benefits. Some notable benefits include: 1) 401(k) match of 4% + incremental 2% match = 6% total 2) Dependent care (partially matched by employer)

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
