      Multicultural Company with amazing pay. Manager were very Supportive Co workers were professional

      Cons

      After covid there was a change in upper management leading to mass layoffs and a change in the company personel demographic leading to a loss of old and veterans employees with any knowledge transfer

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
