      no career growth or plan for language speakers Lowballs language speaker if growth is asked very high in favoritism salary increase not high Managers are not people oriented, they are more self oriented meaning they only care for themselves but they are good on not showing it. Manager do not make time to listen to employees

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
