Pros
Good company with excellent benefits package, vacations, holiday pay, plus 40-hours of paid absent time to use as needed. Leading the adhesive sealants market and the products are high quality.
Cons
Upper Management slow to resolved plant safety concerns. Seem to put production over safety. From my own personal experience the pay for performance concepts are only a thought. There's a standard 3% across the board regardless of how well you performed.
