      Take care of their employees and create a fun working environment while maintaining a goal oriented team.

      Cons

      Some management are not very encouraging in the Lincoln area. Actually made the job miserable which was sad because the job was truly amazing.

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
