lack of guidance as there seems to be insufficient direction provided to the employees, which affects our ability to meet our goals same as the limited support/no support as many of the employees feel unsupported in their roles, which impacts morale and productivity. plus the absence of future planning as the manager expect us to leave the company anyhow so why bother trying to lift you up. who knows, you might take away their shine and they make it difficult for us to align our efforts with the company's goals. with of course the culture of jealousy regarding employee achievements, which discourages collaboration and team spirit (manager jealous of an employee) one important aspect is bias and favoritism as decisions are influenced by favoritism, which undermines fairness and is leading to a toxic work environment and with the current
management style I feel that frustrations are taken out on the employees, which affects the overall atmosphere and culture.
