Pros

Pay was ok, medical benefits for self and family

Cons

Toxic and politic environment at the office. Go to toilet must ask permission first and so ridiculous. Too micromanaging. The manager just love to humiliate people and being sarcastic when talking. Not professional at all. Even ask new joiners about the recent “gossip” just in case the employee that she doesn’t like, talking bad about her. What a nonsense. Clowning herself . Not much of career growth.
