Pros
The Crown family really cares, and treats their employees very well. Pension plan, profit sharing, and 401k ! Supportive environment. Caring and very nice people to work with. PTO is fine but not amazing, health insurance is typical cost.
Cons
Can’t be into titles. There are accountants making $ a manager elsewhere is making etc., managers making over $150k. the opportunity is there to grow though money wise and experience wise. Managers are all kind, good people, but not always good at being managers vs. reviewers.
