      I work in a niche unit, pays well, good co-workers

      They won't hire staff to fill the holes and want us to pick up extra, we're tired of it.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
