      Pros

      The staff at Henry Ford Health strive to be the best. They believe in keeping staff current with licensing and help pay for the renewal of your license. They believe in teaching new skills and help support people in ways I have never seen. They go above and beyond for their employees and do the very best a retaining some of the best in Michigan.

      Cons

      Very little overtime. Salary is ok

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
