Pros
Everyone is very nice and will support you. They don’t expect after hours, weekends nor vacation work.
Cons
Pay is well below market. The environment is weirdly reminiscent of the late 90s. The culture is inflexible. Forced time off at holidays without pay if not enough time is accrued. Clear divide between non management salary and management. One Ford Place is desperately in need of an update. Management silos and protectionism. No one is interested in change except for the very top.
