      Henry Ford health system is one of the most wonderful places I have ever worked. All of the staff is extremely caring and always have your back whenever in an emergency. I recommend that anyone who is starting out on their health care career should most definitely start here.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
