Pros
Fellow coworkers are typically good and work well together because we have to have each other's back since we know the workplace won't.
Cons
More focus on profits than employees. Don't seem to value any loyalty or show appreciation to long term hard work employees, if they do it is superficial. The corporation is supposed to be non profit by they just went through a big rebranding and marketing and then said oh we need to watch our budget and started cutting people's jobs giving them option to take on extra work or apply else where in the system or leave. They did this to people that have been there for years some even over 20 years.. ridiculous.
