Should be viewed as the worse place in Michigan to work. - Registered Nurse Henry Ford Health Employee Review

I am a 31 year employee of Henry Ford Health System with wage freeze for 3 years. They just announced that we will receive a pay increase of 2.5% in July of 2010 that won't even begin to bring wages up to par with the rest of the world. Kind of a slap in the face. CEO's have remained the highest paid in the country. HFHS benefits look good on paper, employee contributions are high, retirement a joke (no insurance with retirement) and even their medical benefits are misleading. No rewards for service excellence, patient satisfaction, perfect attendance etc. Not even a thank you on a day to day basis.
