      The employees are nice and there is a general sense of teamwork to get the job done.

      Cons

      No raise in 3 years, but I guess that's the norm for healthcare in michigan.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
