Henry ford cares about their employees. We have a great benefits package and a ton more discounts available to us. They encourage you to better yourself. I feel like I am part of a family here.
Cons
It's such a big Corporation you are most of the time on hold for a very long time when calling human resources. A way to counteract this though is to email which they respond immediately.
