Pros

Comfort and stability. Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, with good health benefits as an hourly employee? That's pretty nice. The people that you work with tend to be friendly.

Cons

Low pay compared to similar jobs in the area. Not very much room to advance in the SBU. Often, more responsibilities would be added without any compensation or benefit. Sometimes that feels like the good workers are actually being punished for performing well. The management team often loses sight of the long-term goals of the department in favor of short-term needs.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
