Pros

Great people. Everybody was very helpful and extremely nice. Loyalty and family is a priority and so there is not as much pressure and stress among employees.

Cons

Corporate headquarters is located in Melville, Long Island. This is a very remote location and there is not much to do in the area.

Work–life balance is solid, the company has remote opportunities and is a respected leader in the healthcare industry. I also appreciate the company’s commitment to community outreach and social responsibility—it reinforces that we’re working for a mission-driven organization.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
