Pros

They have great benefits, awesome PTO availability once hired on. Co workers are great.

Cons

Managers don’t care. Managers do not communicate well. Managers act funny once you submit your 2 weeks. Managers expect you to get a certain rate, but give you huge carts to pull that would take an experienced individual 2 hours but want you to get it done in 1 hour. They don’t care about your personal life, a point is a point. But they can miss as much as they would like and can be as late as they please. Also no room for growth. Someone was there for 17 years and just now got promoted to team lead on A DIFFERENT SHIFT. But 17 years??? Also pay is definitely worth $22+, not $17/hour.

I also appreciate the company’s commitment to community outreach and social responsibility—it reinforces that we’re working for a mission-driven organization.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
