Pros
Pretty good entry level jobs. Work can be tough but isn't to hard to do. Mostly nice people to work with and for.
Cons
For a company that preaches "team work" all work is based on individual numbers. The phrase "TSM" or Team Schein Member is only used so employees feel like they are part of something bigger, thus being an encouragment for better work. Management will threaten you with "disciplinary action" a week after being hired on because your numbers aren't where they need to be. The Lines per Hour system is flawed in every way imaginable seeing as though you aren't picking or packing the lines but the units themselves. The company likes to talk about how much money this contract is making, and how much this one will make. But not a penny is trickled down to employees. Pay is not equal to a comparable job at other companies, so there is someone out there doing the same job as you for other companies making much more than you. Company seems to be growing faster than it can keep up.
