Pros

The company’s onboarding process connects you with others in the company that allows you to learn a lot throughout the year.

Cons

When escalating issues you’ll run around in circles without support from leadership and nothing actually gets resolved leading to a build up of challenges and frustration. People in leadership roles that have been with the company for 30 years get away with belittling and disrespecting others without repercussions. Changing the hours expected to be worked after on boarding an employee when hours to be worked were discussed during the interview also causes issues when employees have family duties outside of work.

I also appreciate the company’s commitment to community outreach and social responsibility—it reinforces that we’re working for a mission-driven organization.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
