      Has turned toxic since taken over by new leadership. You are just a number and that has been made clear by recent events REDUNDANCY for the people at the back or people they are trying to hide it from. Friends who I have known for a long time, who work hard and helped build a whole department of success just absolutely thrown away like rubbish

      Pros

      Growing company with a vision to help dental practices focus on healthcare by having a good system take care of the operations.

      Cons

      Growing too quickly and not taking the time to properly build the foundations that will allow sustained growth. Talk a good game about work/life balance, but when push comes to shove, people end up having to work nights, weekends, and PTO to bail out problems that could have been prevented.
